Who is your targeted audience?

Our plans are designed to service our 3 main customer groups: small/home offices including freelancers (SoHo plan), small & mid-size business customers (Business plan), and last but not least mid-size to large e-Commerce clients (Mocha plan).

Where do you see your company two years from now?

We are constantly expanding and improving our service - we are adjusting constantly to make sure that we meet the needs of today's and tomorrow's market. One of our long term goals will be to offer managed services and high availability hosting solutions, including clustering technologies for business & e-commerce clients.

What significant changes have you seen in the web hosting marketplace over the last 12 months?

We've notice increased demand for automated tools and "do it yourself" type of design packages and related services, in addition to the increased demand for disk space and bandwidth.

How did you come to choose your company name?

We always thought that being online can be fun and easy. Our name "mocha" + "host" speaks for itself.

In the next five years, where do you see the web hosting industry taking us?

I believe that there will be a huge impact on most of the industries which are related to the continuous growth of the e-Commerce, VoIP, and online multimedia services.

What are your company's three key success factors?

Our philosophy is professional technical service, as well as good customer service with a well-balanced price - it is that simple.

How has your company kept up with changing technology?

We don't really experience any challenges keeping up with the constant technological updates. One of the reasons is because when we started offering hosting services, we started by selecting the right platform and set of features.

How are your services and pricing levels better than those of your competitors?

We try to keep our marketing budget low so that we can emphasize on spending money for research, development, and providing extra services to our clients. For example, we offer free SSL or reduced merchant rates if you use our e-commerce package; or, we give promotion credits in combination with promotion tools if you decide to use our business package.

Oftentimes, we work with the client to provide a custom plan, add custom options, or assist the client with any specific needs such as software installation or assistance with web design/e-commerce.

Our biggest strength and advantage to our customers is that we are a full service (our slogan is "The Online Central") company. Besides hosting, we offer
assistance to our customers with Web Design, Web Development, and Internet Marketing.

What do your lower price point hosting solutions include and at what price?

Our SoHo package ($4.95/month) includes all features required for online presence or running a small e-commerce website. The plan offers plenty of disk space (5 GB), bandwidth (50 GB), and comes with a free site builder (500+ templates), free domain, and Power Tools which come in very handy when you need to setup a personal blog or run a message board for your site.

What do your higher price point hosting solutions include and at what price?

Our high end e-Commerce package - Mocha ($13.95/month) comes with 20 GB disk space, 200 GB bandwidth, free SSL, and unique IP. Our Mocha plan also includes our Internet Promotion package; In addition, we offer discounted merchant and gateway services from Card Service Intl.

Which services and features do you offer as part of your hosting agreement at no cost (i.e., free domain name registration, real-audio video server, Web statistics software, etc.)?

What types of servers do you use for your primary virtual NT hosting and primary virtual Unix hosting clients?

All of our servers are Intel-based - Dual Xeon, equipped with multiple redundant hard drives (RAID) and 24/7 health monitoring.
